Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Refunds are accepted if:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The wrong product is received.

To qualify, notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing 📧 info@chilaxico.com including:

• Order number.

• Full name.

• Detailed description of the problem.

• Photos as proof.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened or used products.

• Products damaged after delivery.

• Change of mind (unless required by law).

3. Process and Timeframes
Once your request is approved, the product must be returned within 5 business days. The inspection may take up to 3 business days after we receive it.
Depending on the case, we may offer:

• Refund to the original payment method.

• Product replacement.

• Store credit.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval and inspection, in MXN or USD depending on the original payment currency.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
