Shipping & Delivery Policy – Chilaxico
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to:

USA & Canada

Selected international destinations

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Mexico: 3–7 business days

USA/Canada: 7–15 business days

Other regions: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, or courier delays.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make an urgent change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Chilaxico is not responsible for delays or costs incurred during customs clearance.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging. Depending on the case, we may issue a replacement or store credit.
7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable due to incorrect address or lack of pickup will be refunded for the product only, minus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders returned to us after 6 months of the original purchase date may only be eligible for store credit.
8. Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that go missing after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. For more secure delivery, consider selecting an option that includes tracking and signature confirmation.
9. Delivery Delays
Chilaxico is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or courier disruptions. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting an express option where available.
